The Grader is an automation solution that accurately sorts fish through pneumatically controlled arms. The robot picks up the plaice / flatfish from the belt and places the fish in different bins in terms of sorting.
It is designed for humid environments, such as aboard a fishing vessel.
The fish are detected on the grader belt by advanced Vision software and then analyzed.
This information is used to guide the fish to the correct sorting bin. The Grader’s precision and speed allow large quantities of fish to be sorted automatically and efficiently.
